Youth soccer offers an excellent avenue for children to develop physical fitness, enhance teamwork skills, and foster an appreciation for, “The Beautiful Game,” at an early age.

Practices will begin the week of 8/25, games will begin Saturday, September 6th. Games are held on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings (ages 7-13). Register now to secure your spot and be part of our exciting soccer season. Ages 7-9, $50/player ($60/player after 7/23). Registration ends Wednesday, August 6th. Fee waivers and discounts are available for those needing financial assistance. Fall Soccer players interested in playing Flag Football after the end of the Soccer season receive a $15 discount to enroll; contact chorrigan@farmvillenc.gov for details.

Player evaluation dates TBD. Dates are tentative and subject to change. All leagues are tentative and subject to player minimums, 2-teams per sport/age-division.

Shin guards, cleats, water and sunscreen essential for all players. Players receive a certificate of recognition at the season's end; medals are not provided.

Volunteer coaches are crucial, without them there is no soccer season. In recognition of their contribution coaches receive a $40 credit for future Department programming (e.g., camps, leagues) at the end of the season; no prior experience required; training aids provided.
