Programs
Practices will begin the week of 10/13; games will begin 10/25. Games will be held on Saturdays in the late morning or early afternoon with one or two games on Wednesday evenings at 6PM. Ages 7-9; $40/player ($55/player after 9/10). Fall Soccer players wishing to extend their Fall season and play Flag Football receive a $15 discount; contact chorrigan@farmvillenc.gov for details. Registration ends Wednesday, September 24th. Fee waivers and discounts are available for those needing financial assistance.
Note:
Dates are tentative and subject to change. All leagues are tentative and subject to player minimums, 2-teams per sport/age-division.
Cleats (non-metal), mouth guard, water and sunscreen are essential for all players; football gloves are optional. Players receive a certificate of recognition at the season's end; medals are not provided.
Volunteer coaches are crucial, without them there is no season. In recognition of their contribution coaches receive a $40 credit for future Department programming (e.g., camps, leagues) at the end of the season; no prior experience required; training aids provided.
