Get ready to sprint, dodge, and score! Flag football provides an exciting and dynamic environment for youth to develop physical fitness, improve teamwork skills, and build confidence. Stay active through Fall, register for flag football today!

Practices will begin the week of 10/12; games will begin 10/24. Games will be held on Saturdays in the late morning or early afternoon with one or two games on Wednesday evenings at 7PM. Ages 10-12; $40/player ($55/player after 9/9). Fall Soccer players wishing to extend their Fall season and play Flag Football receive a $10 discount; contact chorrigan@farmvillenc.gov for details. Registration ends Wednesday, September 23rd. Fee waivers and discounts are available for those needing financial assistance.

Note:

Dates are tentative and subject to change. All leagues are tentative and subject to player minimums, 2-teams per sport/age-division.

Cleats (non-metal), mouth guard, water and sunscreen are essential for all players; football gloves are optional. Players receive a certificate of recognition at the season's end; medals are not provided.

Volunteer coaches are crucial; without them there is no soccer season. Coaches receive a $25 credit for future Department programming (e.g., camps, leagues) at the end of the season, and an additional $25 credit if they complete National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) training paid for by the department. Background checks are conducted; interested coaches should reach out to staff for more details.
